Dockers Won't Load

Hi, early today my r710 server randomly rebooted, and it wasn't a power outage because my dl380 g6 server running unRAID is on the same circuit. I just noticed that I can't access my dockers. When I click on the docker button it loads a blank page and the docker wont show up. If I go the community apps and go to download the apps it says the dockers are not in enable?? Any Ideas on what is causing the dockers to act like that? I have restarted the server again and disable and enable the dockers and it still is acting the same.
