It's a bios bug:

  

Dec 27 20:46:58 Tower kernel: WARNING: BIOS bug: CPU MTRRs don't cover all of memory, losing 704MB of RAM.

Look for a bios update, if there isn't one ignore, but you'll lose some RAM.

    Oh Old motherboard so. It could be a problem.
