I would like to build a Unraid server using a 10GE Nic. Do I get a transfer rate of another PC from the full 10GE speed with a Chash Pool of 2 or 4 M.2 SSD (read / write 1500MB / s)? Can I expect this speed with a very large Chash Pool from Sata3 SSD or do I have to use M.2 SSD?

It's possible, depending on the devices/profile used, I got around 900MB/s sustained to both a single NVMe device and a 8 SSD cache pool in raid10.

Thanks for the answer. What is the reading speed of your array? What hardware do you use in your server for this good performance?

That's not to/from the array, it's to/from the cache pool, array is limited to a single disk speed.
