I have a 2TB drive that I had laying around (it may even have been in my unRAID server at one point) so I put in in my unRAID server and ran a pre-clear on it.  The pre-clear passed and the smart report showed a Reallocated Sector Count of 56 and a Reported uncorrect count of 15.  The Current Pending Sector count was 0.  I rand a pre-clear again, it passed and the counts remained the same. 

 

Do you guys think that the drive is safe to use in my unRAID server?

Not as a main data drive.

 

You could possibly use it for backup purposes or handling ongoing downloads etc. But you would want the drive running for months without any of the counters changing before you could start feeling a bit of comfort with the drive.
