Andy613 Posted January 3, 2018 Share Posted January 3, 2018 Hi, I am new to unraid, but I had it working fine for a few months, I stopped the Array and powered down over the holidays while I was away. I went to restart tonight and it shows both of my Disks missing, The parity is good, and so is the cache. I haven't done anything other than a restart. I've checked the form but I haven't seen a solution to this problem. kizer Posted January 3, 2018 Share Posted January 3, 2018 As well do they share the same power cable? Like johnnie.black said make sure they are being seen in your Bios on Boot Up. Thats typically a very good indicator there is a problem if it isn't. Quote Link to comment
zonderling Posted January 3, 2018 Share Posted January 3, 2018 I dont know if it will be related but i had the same issue this holiday. Turned out to be cable issue. The thing is, most of us, when we power down the server, its to move it. So don't panic immediately Quote Link to comment
Andy613 Posted January 5, 2018 Author Share Posted January 5, 2018 Thanks for your help, I haven’t move the computer and I checked all the cables, I also rearranged the cables. I got one more of the WD disks to show up after I changed to AHCI. I was wondering if this might be more of a mother board issue. Quote Link to comment
