Multiple Disks Missing on reboot

In the future please post the diagnostics zip as a single file.

 

Missing disks are not being detected, check cabling, you can see if they are detected in the bios, also take the opportunity to change your IDE controller to AHCI, it might have reverted to IDE mode e.g. because of a low CMOS battery and be causing issues:
