"Rootfs file is getting full (95%)" problem

Hi everyone, hoping you can help me out with this.

Fix Common Problems has reported the above and I'm unsure of what it means. I read that the Rootfs is loaded into RAM but I'm not aware of anything being saved into that folder that would cause it to fill. I've looked through the diagnostic zip but nothing is immediately obvious to me (though that doesn't mean much to be fair).
