Perhaps it's discussed somewhere, and apologies that I could not find it, but how does one delete user shares?  I have some that I created when I was first setting up my array and which are now obsolete.

delete any files that are in those shares, and any sub-directories, and then blank out the name on the user-share configuration page and press "Apply" (I think that is what it is labeled)
