I'm not certain if this motherboard is supported in unRAID.  It has 6 sata ports.  The cpu is probably overkill. Seems too good of a price.  Store pickup only.

That CPU is actually great for unRAID, benchmarks show it using less power than an Atom!

That's the CPU I use in my HTPC, and I paid more for just the boxed CPU than that combo.  This looks to be a great deal (not sure how well the board works for unRAID).  Gotta wonder if it's the boxed CPU that comes with the fan, but either way it sounds great.  If I weren't in the process of building another unRAID system already I'd probably jump on it for another HTPC machine.

If I had a Fry's nearby I would pick this up just for the CPU, then resell or repurpose the mobo if it didn't work with unRAID.

My local store says it's available.  I can buy one.  I'd trade it for 2 not-to-used 1.5 TB WD drives.  Or 1 BIOSTAR TA760G M2+ and 1 1.5TB WD drive.  Or...

+1. I've got a bunch of Biostar G41 M7 mobos because they had it paired with the Celeron E3300 for cheap ($40 for both, $30 after MIR).

 

They had this deal last week, too. Picked up one but now I'm sorely tempted to get another.

 

*sigh* I wish I hadn't bought the MSI 890GXM-G65+AMD Phenom II X6 1055T combo from Fry's. Having a hexa-core seems nice and all but it's slower than a Core 2 Duo E7500 for the stuff I'll use it for. >.<

Anyone boot unRAID on this yet? Need more modern boards with good CPUs like this on the list...
