Cabling - Norco 4220 to Supermicro AOC-SASLP-MV8

I bought these ones:

NORCO C-SFF8087-D SFF-8087 to SFF-8087 Internal Multilane SAS Cable

Tested them out today, they work well.  Remember that you'll need two cables per card, or four total if you are going for the full 20 drives with two cards.  The total price after shipping was $70 for four of these cables.  A bit more than I'm used to paying for cables, but they do work well...

Those were the shortest cables I could find (1.64 ft), and they were still about twice as long as they need to be.  If you can find any shorter cables, I would recommend buying them instead.  They are very thick and you can't just zip tie the excess cable neatly away like you can with SATA and other smaller cables.

I just got my Norco 4220 and I ordered a Supermicro AOC-SASLP-MV8. What cable do you use to connect these two items?  They both use breakout cables, but is there a cable for a direct link?

can i be indiscrete and ask where you have bought your supermicro card?  they are nearly impossible to find!

cheers.
