I followed SpaceInvader One's Video Guide on a Windows 10 Daily Gaming VM

I'm using a Xonar U7 connected to a USB passthroughed port.

The Xonar U7 is connected to a Creative DDTS-100 through a digital cable (tried toslink and coaxial)

To the Creative DDTS-100 I have the Logitech X530 connected

Whenever I watch a movie with DTS or Dolby Digital I get audio hiccups

When connecting the X530 to the analog inputs of the Xonar U7 the hiccups are different more like static.

 

Does anyone experience this?
