(SOLVED) Having trouble with creating cache only share

Featured Replies

Hello fellow unraid users

I spent few hours yesterday and today trying to figure out a problem. Hopefully someone can help.

I added a new SSD as cache and formatted as xfs.

I am trying to create  a SSD cache only share for my virtual machines.

Any time I would do that using use cache only option, I get an error right away.

"Share test has been deleted"

Searched in the forums and followed all the suggestions given for people with similar problems and none worked.

- Tried all the different browsers after disabling ad blockers.

- Ensured the ssd is xfs and not ntfs somehow where unraid cannot write.

- Even replaced ssd with another new one and having similar issues.

I have run out of ideas and wondering if someone can guide.

Thanks.
