    On the settings page of the management web-interface..  Set the "Spin-Down-Delay" to "Never"

    That might not be enough.  You also may have to tell the drive to shut off its "automatic spindown after usage timeout" by setting that timeout to 0.  Do a google of hdparm man to find the manual pages. It only has to be done once per drive so you just do it from the unraid console command line.
