June 12, 201016 yr hi, i've got the hx750 and norco's 4220. the problem i'm having is the hx750 doesn't have enough molex connectors for the dual molex connectors in the norco's backplane. i've already used 7 of the 8 molex connectors available, so i need 3 or 4 more molex connection which are not available as modular cables ... any suggestions ?
June 13, 201016 yr I have read that the dual molex connectors on the Norco 4220 backplane are for dual power supplies. If you are using only one power supply, then connect one column set only.
June 14, 201016 yr 3rding this. Use one molex per backplane, it works fine. I don't think it matters which one you use, but I use the slots closest to the outside of the case.
