landS
Good day everyone. I am in the process of building using a recommended build and have run into an interface issue that is very import for me to solve in order for this to be a viable solution here in the office. Two Icy Dock MB454SPF-B (4 in 3) Biostar TA785GE Supermicro AOC-SASLP-MV8, 8-Port SAS/SATA Card The Icy Dock has a hard drive failure indication light on the front plate. Now that we have the unit we see that it has 4-2 pin jumpers on the back that need to be fed from the motherboard or a controller card, and it must be supported via the 'host' (I'm assuming the unRaid OS). How would I go about enabling this feature? Thank you greatly! Link to comment

The only failure indications are on the web-management page. it is for that reason many add an e-mail alert add-on, to send them a message when the array status is abnormal. Joe L. Link to comment
landS
That would be adequate. Thanks Joe! Link to comment
