Read/write speeds to/from unraid server < 1MBs

Hello community, i have been running an unraid server for over a year now without any issues and have ran into my first issue last night.  I was copying a blue ray ISO file to my unraid server, specifically it's cache drive,  and the transfer abruptly stopped at 18%.  Well, it did not completely stopped just went to around 100kiloblytes/s.  I canceled the transfer and powered down my server as well as restarted my personal desktop.  This did not resolve the issue any writing or reading from the array regardless of share or drive is down to kilobytes per second.  All drives in unraid main page are accounted for and show Green with 0 errors.  I am attaching a syslog of me recently powering up the server and running it for a few minutes atempting to move data, as well as a smart report on my cache drive, the drive being written to when this issue occurred.  Would apreciate any advice anoyone can provide

It's not your drives, its your network.  My bet is a bad hub or switch port or bad wire/crimp somewhere.
