After waiting more then a month, its finally there.

 

As far as i read, i dont need to flash anything, but i guess, it would be best for performance and or energy saving to update the card, someone know how to do it? Is it neccessary?

    Personally, I would be testing it as received as that you give few issues if a return were necessary.  IF you want a reply to your questions about firmware upgrades, you should probably proved provided the current firmware version.
