one disk will spin up after some hours, but i dont know why

Hi,

 

i have 6 disks in my array. 1 parity 5 data. I have shared as High-water.  In irregular

time , disk 4 and the parity will spin up and after 15 minutes (my spin down time) the 2 hdds will spin down again. I could nt see in the log files why the 2 hdds spin up. Could i see anywhere why the 2 disks are spin up ? It should so that anything is writig on disk 4 or my share beacuse the parity disk spin up too ?
