Norco 4220 breakout cable

Hi,

I would like to double check before ordering:

I've got Norco 4220 case and need to connect 4 of the drives directly to the mobo. Is this the cable that I need: http://store.3ware.com/?category=1&subcategory=3&productid=CBL-SFF8087OCR-05M ?

I have my 2 Supermicro AOC-SASLP-MV8s connected with 4 of those: http://www.ipcdirect.net/servlet/Detail?no=216 and it works great.
