So this same issue happened with another drive the other day where it failed and then simulated. After restarting it seemed to recover. What I would like to determine if possible is, is it the drive or could it be something with the sata expansion card or sata cable causing this issue. If anyone might be able to determine based on my log it would be helpful. Thanks all
