Error in syslog after mb & processor swap

I just swapped my motherboard from gigabyte & celeron due to HPA time bom concern to Biostar A760G M2+ & AMD Athlon 64 X2 3600+. Everything seems working fine. I run syslog and see a lot of red lines. Could anybody tell me what is going wrong?

    Bump! I just did the same by changing motherboards and I see the same errors! Someone please shed some light..

    Change your ACPI setting in the BIOS.

     

    Are you using NOACPI in the kernel parameters?

    What should I change it to? Its currently set to S3.

     

    I am not using NOACPI in the kernel parameters. I want to be able to suspend the array just like it was working perfectly with my Gigabyte board.

    Try changing the SATA mode to AHCI. This eventually solved the errors you are seeing (but didnt help with the suspend  problem :( )
