Any way to Re-Org data

Is there any good way to re-org data after changing a share setting such as allocation, split level or include/exclude of disks?

Changing allocation, split level, etc. will only affect future transfers, it will not move or re-organize data already located on the server.  You will need to move the data manually, either by drag and drop or through linux commands at the console/telnet if speed is a concern.  Does that answer your question?
