I am wanting to use a western Digital WD20PURZ in my UNRAID to replace seagate ST2000DL003.  Will this drive work?

I don't have direct experience running a Purple drive in unRAID, but I can tell you what I've seen people post.  First, they have been successfully used in unRAID.  They aren't used very often because they tend to cost a bit more, but prices vary.  The use case of continuous write streams from video cameras is different from the unRAID use case, though.  Since they aren't used very often in unRAID, I don't know if you'll get a lot of hard data on whether that difference matters.  At any rate, if you throw it in it will almost certainly work well for now.
