Still showing old UI after upgrading to 6.4

Upgraded from 6.3.5 to 6.4. Server is rebooted. Top right is showing 6.4.0. But it still showing the old web UI. Do I need to turn on some setting?

    The new themes are entirely optional (personally I prefer the old black theme). You can switch to them via settings - display settings
