My first unRAID install. Question pls.

I am about to jump on the unRAID board by installing 6.4.0. Should I prefer Legacy BIOS or UEFI. I have no idea pros and cons of each down the road.

Doesn't much matter. 

 

Most use the legacy / MBR boot method, because UEFI support is new. Some new hardware no longer supports the older boot method, so UEFI is mandatory. UEFI is the direction the industry is moving.

 

If I were just starting, I think I'd go with UEFI.
