Error when trying to create hardlinks on unRAID NFS export

It appears that I'm unable to create hardlinks on NFS mounts that are exported by unRAID. 

 

I get this error message on the console:

Jul 3 07:41:54 ash kernel: nfsd: non-standard errno: -38

 

errno 38 is ENOSYS, so it appears that this operation is not supported.

 

I am able to create hardlinks on NFS volumes from my other machine at home.  I was wondering if there's a configuration setting that I can change on the unRAID box to allow this?  I don't recall explicitly configuring NFS to allow hard links....
