Server unresponsive during Parity Check 6.4.0

After upgrading to 6.4.0 every time my server does a parity check it crashes the server at 1.5-1.8%.

 

I've uninstalled preclear, done a parity check in maintenance mode and that was fine. Any ideas what is causing this? I've disabled my schedule parity check for now.

*update*

 

I've downgraded to 6.3.5 as I was trying to watch something via share folder and the server locked up again. I cannot download the Diagnostics server locks up even thou I can navigate the WebGui, tried via SSH but that didn't work either.

 

Running a parity check on 6.3.5 now.
