If you meant 5 bay HDD space in a case then you need to give it a try because this one is meant to be used as external hard disk enclosure,

i have one of this and you need to connect a ATX PSU to provide power for fan as well as disk in this enclosure.

Use esata-to-sata cables you can connect disks in this enclosure to your unRaid through esata ports.

Sorry to revive this old thread, but I've got this marked on my Amazon wish list. Is anyone using this? I already have a Mediasonic Probox 4 with the Mediasonic e-sata card and it worked fine with Windows 10. I recently had it attached to my Zorin-os PC (based on Ubuntu 20.04) where I had zero issues. Now it's attached to my Unraid server.
