Since EADS are very hard to come by, I ordered an EARS. I really didn't want to do this since i've heard so many problems with them.

 

Now whats the best way to get this to work with unRAID. I've been told to remove the jumper, not to remove the jumper, only remove the jumper for the preclear... etc etc

 

What is the BEST way?

Put the jumper on before the preclear.

Then leave it there.
