February 26, 20197 yr I just had the same issue! Formatting the USB drive to FAT32 and assigning a drive letter (had to do this manually) fixed the issue for me.

April 15, 20215 yr I have the same problem, worked first time, but got the "couldn't open \\?\physicalDrive2" on the repeat.
