January 21, 20188 yr After rebooting to apply the 6.4.0 upgrade i'm now seeing "Cannot execute "/bin/sh" all over the place. I'm able to boot into safe mode, which makes me think this could be related to a plugin, but i'm not sure how to go about confirming this. No recent config changes that would explain this. January 22, 20188 yr i have the same problem too.. my rig is AMD FX 8320E. upgraded from 6.3.5 to 6.4.0 and now the system will not boot . i already tried unplug the usb stick and re-run make_bootable.bat but still same issue. I only see blinking underscore "_" after BIOS searched thru bootable devices - BIOS is set to only boot from unraid usb stick.

You should look at the update notes, if all fails you can remove all plugins and shutdown docker and then install/enable them one at a time

That's a boot problem, either the flash is bad/corrupt or the boot is incorrect, try a new flash with a clean install just to test.
