WebUI Hung while installing a docker

I had started installing a Docker container for Unifi from CA. Unfortunately I don't remember which one and I can't find a way to determine which one now as the server is not allowing me to look at the WebUI. I was able to ssh in as root and found shfs and kworker using 100% CPU each. As far as i can tell, the docker I was trying to install never actually finished and started. What is the best way for me to recover this?

    I ended up power cycling the system, removed the docker, installed a Ubuntu Server VM and installed UniFi there. I needed the VM for some other stuff anyways.
