Question about Default spin down delay

Hi all

 

My server is mainly in use to download and play media with plex.

 

I was checking around setting this morning  and i check the option " Default spin down delay ". Mine is set to never.

 

  • But should i change it to somethin else ?
  • In what case it is useful do change the parameter ?

 

Also i got the Turbo Write on would it interfer with it.
