When i try to install a trial key I am getting this:

    Can you download the file manually on your browser via the link?  If so, just place the file within the config folder on the flash drive and reboot the server.

    I would suspect that you do not have a working Internet connection to your server.  It would be helpful if you were to attach a diagnostics file to your NEXT post.
