If I were to upgrade my parity and another drive with new large drives, will they run on the machine, specs below?

 

CPU: Pentium E6500

Motherboard: Asus P5Q SE PLUS

SATA Expansion Card(s): 2 x Supermicro AOC-SASLP-MV8 which each support 8 SATA drives
