Virtualization Support - GPU Accelerated Apps

Featured Replies

I have limited virtualization experience, so please be gentle should this prove to be a dumb question:

I have a handful of apps (such as PavTube Video Coverter) that can utilize GPU resources for increased performance. When looking at the virtualization features of UnRaid, there was a reference to "GPU Pass Through". This makes me believe that I could host a Windows based virtual machine on an UnRaid server and have an app like PavTube installed on it and have it utilize the GPU resources of the server as if Windows, PavTube, and the GPU were all on one physical machine.

Am I understanding this correctly?
