July 26, 201015 yr Hi, I am wondering what software you guys using to play blu-ray on windows7. I will connect it to my tv via hdmi. I hear there is no free application that can play blu-ray smoothly. I need to go with win7 since there are some application that only run windows. Regards, BW
July 26, 201015 yr Do you mean BluRay discs, BluRay images, or BluRay encodes? I use MPC-HD to play BluRay encodes, but I don't play full sized discs at all.

July 26, 201015 yr I'm using Cyberlinks PowerDVD Ultra since years. It supports the latest high-end audio formats. Most free players don't support them. Regards Harald
