6.4.0 Dolphin doesn't run

I upgraded to 6.4.0 abd Dolphin no longer starts. I get the below error on the screen and the following in the log

There is only one Krusader in Community Applications. Are you not installing all your apps that way?

I am, I found it, I didn't like it.  I went back to figuring out Dolphin and found the problem.  Some how the port got reset back to default which had a conflict with another container.  I changed the port on Dolphin and all is well now.
