February 2, 20188 yr It's compatible, though it's Marvell so there will likely be issues with VT-d enable. You can get an used 8 port LSI controller for that price, that would be my choice every time.
February 2, 20188 yr Any LSI with a SAS2008/2308/3008 chipset in IT mode, e.g., 9201-8i, 9211-8i, 9207-8i, 9300-8i, etc and clones, like the Dell H200/H310 and IBM M1015, these latter ones need to be crossflashed. Though I don't use it any longer ebay is probably the best place to find them.

February 2, 20188 yr Are you using all the x16 PCIe slots? It will work on one of those, though one of the top two would be preferable.

As far as a list, browse through @johnnie.black's posts, I know he calls out the current list it seems like every 10th post or so.

Lets see how it will do.
