New to Unraid, /var/log is 100% used

Featured Replies

Hello everyone!

I am new to unraid and my one buddy has helped me setup my server.  However, this is now the second time in a week the /var/log file is 100% used.  Last time I just restarted the server, but I would like some help with this.  Please keep in mind that I am new to unraid and not really that familiar with all the settings and tools.

Several ATA errors resulting in the cache SSD being disabled, probably a bad cable:

Thanks so much for your help!  I will replace the cable and see if i this fixes my issues.

On another note, I do get warnings a lot that the SSD cache is hot 54C+.  Could this also be causing the SSD to shut down or so to speak?

Not likely, 54C is normal for SSDs after continuous writes.
