Help with new drive

Featured Replies

I replaced a bad drive. When I started the array it ran 17hrs to build partition but now that it hit 100% it still says this.. anyone know what I am doing wrong?5a754c309a8da_ScreenShot2018-02-03at12_42_46AM.thumb.png.0991070d146e700390f667961f6cfa9f.png

Within Main (Array Operations), there will be a check box and option to actually format the drive.  The 17Hrs was unRaid simply clearing the drive so it could be added to the system

You did something wrong in the preclear, or it didn't take for some reason.  If it was precleared then unRaid wouldn't have cleared it itself (17 hours).

STOP WHATEVER YOU'RE ABOUT TO DO, ESPECIALLY A FORMAT OPERATION  YOU DIDN'T MENTION ANYTHING ABOUT A REBUILD IN THE ORIGINAL POST

(or I missed it)

You need to explain better about the chain of events that happened before you lose data
