to me it seem like my usb boot drive is corrupt because when I tried coping files from the usb drive it say "this file is corrupted and unreadable"

You haven't lost your data!   Provide us with some details about the drive composition of your HD setup.  Parity type, number of data drives, number of cache drives?  Where you running any VM's?

If the file(s) that you can't copy are any of the bz*  files, that is any easy fix.

Do you have a backup copy of your .key file?   You should also be acquired with this page:

            https://lime-technology.com/replace-key/

I am assuming that you don't have a RECENT backup of your Flash Drive. You might probably have to reformat your flash drive, but, first, try to copy off the   config   folder/directory.  That folder contains the settings for your unRAID server.

In the worst case,  you might need a new Flash Drive.  Be sure that it is a good brand-name USB2 drive of less than 32GB.

I have 3 array drive 1 cache 1 parity

The File that I can't copy is domain.cfg, syslinux.cfg, the whole /config/share folder, bzroot

Hopefully, you now have backed up as much of your Flash Drive as you can read.  The run chkdsk on that Flash Drive.  Hopefully, it can be repaired.  If it can be, do so.  Delete any file segments that it finds.  (If it can't be repaired, we will have to take another tack. ) Here is an important bit of reference material for as we move forward:

            https://lime-technology.com/wiki/Files_on_v6_boot_drive

Now, download the version from Limetech that you are updating to.  Unzip it. Copy from there, the bzroot and syslink.cfg  files to their proper place on the Flash Drive.  Delete the config/shares folder.  (It will be recreated when we restart the system.)   Plugin the Flash Drive and reboot the server.  Hopefully, it will boot.  After it boots check all of your settings, playing particular attention to the shares settings.  (If you changed the security on any of the shares, they will revert to 'Public'.)  Once you have everything working, stop the array.  And copy the entire contents of the Flash Drive to a folder on your PC.

Now, how to proceed after this point.  If it were I, I would replace that current Flash Drive ASAP.  Get a new Flash Drive (see above) and format it according to the instructions on the LimeTech site.   Copy the the Backup of the Working Flash Drive that you made to the new Drive and run the makeable script on it.  Then I would swap the two flash drives and update the .key file using the LimeTech instructions.

It did boot but all the share config is gone all the vms is gone though

Personally, at this point, I would stop the array and make a backup of the Flash Drive.  (You stop the array so that the flag gets "set" that indicates a 'clean' shutdown.)   I already indicated that you could have a share configuration issue.  You are just going to have to configure them again.  (As I said, I would be looking at getting a new Flash Drive ASAP...)

About the lose of the VM's,  I don't run any VM's so I can't provide you any answers there.  Hopefully, someone else can jump in with some guidance...
