[Solved] - Only one CPU seen in Unraid - Dell r710

Featured Replies

Lets get the boring stuff out of the way first:

Unraid 6.4

Dell r710

Dual Xeon L5640

48GB RAM

H200 flashed to IT mode

3x 3TB WD Reds

2x 8TB WD Reds

1x 240 GB SSD (cache drive)

Apps (not sure if this makes a difference): deluge, duckdns, sonarr, radarr, plex, ombi, nzbget, netdata, letsencrypt

Plugins: OpenVPN, Fix Common Problems

So my main problem is that Unraid doesn't seem to recognize the fact that I have dual Xeons. I checked to make sure that they are visible in the bios and they are, Unraid just doesn't seem to recognize both. It certainly recognizes one, as I can see the 12 cores in the Dashboard and in the CPU Thread Pairings under System Devices, but there obviously is a complete chip missing there. I attached my diagnostic zip as requested in the sticky, and if there's anything else needed feel free to let me know.

Any help is much appreciated!

Wow. I am a complete idiot. That was it.

For anyone else who might run into this issue:

F2 to enter the BIOS

Processor Settings

Logical Processor - should be set to "Enable"

Save and Reboot.

Thank you so much for your help!
