Slow Remote Access through OpenVPN Router

I have been running UnRaid for several months now, and have been very happy with the performance of the server so far.  I am however, having an issue remotely accessing through OpenVPN on my router.  I run an OpenVPN server on a Linksys WRT1900ACS, and connect to it remotely from my iPhone and my laptop.  When accessing other computers on the network, they perform at tolerable speeds, but the speed to the UnRaid server and all VMs and dockers are very slow (to the point where the connections time out sometimes).  Even the UnRaid web interface loads very slowly.

Again, I'm not sure that the problem is my router or my phone because the UnRaid server is the only thing running slow behind the VPN, everything else works great.

 

Does anyone else have this issue or is it only me?
