Weird nginx time out error when accessing Plugin settings

Featured Replies

Hey guys,

I'm just looking for a little help, I'm stumped as to what I could do to fix this..

Long story short, my Recycling bin is taking up alot of space, so I went into Settings and clicked on the recycling bin plugin, it then loaded for about a few minutes and then timed out, giving me the below info in the log. I also tried to get into my Resilio settings and got the same error.

Feb 8 09:58:19 unRAID nginx: 2018/02/08 09:58:19 [error] 3755#3755: *377169 upstream timed out (110: Connection timed out) while reading upstream, client: 192.168.2.189, server: , request: "GET /Settings/RecycleBin HTTP/1.1", upstream: "fastcgi://unix:/var/run/php5-fpm.sock:", host: "192.168.2.155", referrer: "http://192.168.2.155/Settings"

I tested a few other setting pane's for other apps, but they all seem to open without an issue.. any idea what could be causing this, maybe I just need to reinstall the plugins with problems?

Thanks

One thing.  May or may not be the issue.  All of the PhAzE plugins are marked as being incompatible with unRaid 6.4

You should restart your server in Safe Mode and see what happens.  Either way, you should uninstall all of PhAzE's plugins are switch over to utilizing docker containers for those apps (of which, all of them are available)

Thanks for the information mate.. I wonder if PhAzE will update his plugin, its a pain because I have a few business Syncing with Resilio and re-setting them up is a pain, not to mention a toll on my network.

But I think going to a docker is the better option all-round.

Thanks mate!

He's already announced that he's not doing anything more with them

Yes, docker is the way for installing applications. You may need to spend some time to move over from plugins to docker, but it is time well spend and gives you future proofing.
