VM not booting anymore

I can't seem to boot my VM anymore. It was a physical machine that I virtualizedand it still runs off the SSD. Every once in a while when it booted it would get stuck and I'd just force shut it down and start it up and it would be fine. However, it seems to have gotten worse lately. It will either just have no output, either through VNC or the monitor, or it will stay stuck on "booting from hard disk". The cursor is still blinking so I know it's not locked up or frozen, just doing nothing. I am running seabios. I'll get some diagnostics and logs when I get home (at work now) but I was wondering if anyone had any ideas. Eventually, I'll probably start from scratch but I just don't have the time to do that right now.
