Disk Errors found - Can someone clued up look into the results?

Hi All,

 

My Disk 3 has thrown 128 errors at me, i have done a quick smart test through the disk interface menu and linked bellow. Could someone who has the knowledge look into my report (attached) please and let me know what you think?

    It was a disk problem, this is a very bad sign:

     

     

      1 Raw_Read_Error_Rate     POSR-K   200   200   051    -    29

    This needs to be zero on WD disks, or low single digits at most, run an extended SMART test, if it fails replace the disk now, if it passes you can keep using for now but start planning to replace it as it's just a matter of time until there are more errors.
