To get rid of lag, in games such as Warcraft, on a win 10 VM

 

Power settings to maximum, in Nvidia and windows control panel

along with setting the videocard to a negative interrupt MSIsupported

 

also put no page file in windows ((win key+pause) advanced system settings, virtual memory )  and have it set to manual and NO Page file.
The paging causes micro stutters for the time being... this got me completely lag free and smooth for hours of gaming. as it forces everything to RAM.



Just wanted to report this as I searched and the pagefile fix want found
