I took the plunge and bought unRAID Plus (two license). I have not received my key however, which is keeping back me completing my setup.

 

How long did it take for you guys to get your keys? Who do I contact?

    Tom got my keys to me within 24 hours of my purchase.  He has the generate them manually, so give him a chance.  :)  In the meantime, have you precleared all your drives?  You can be doing that while you wait for your licenses.
