February 13, 20188 yr I just did an update on my SABnzbd docker on unraid, and the docker disappeared from my dockers list (i also did the Radarr docker update as well, and that also disappeared). Can anyone give me any advice on this so i can debug? So essentially just 15 mins ago, i clicked the docker to update on SABnzbd. Once the update is finished, the docker no longer is on my dockers list (online or offline). I was going to post in the docker support for linuxserver SABnzbd page, but to make sure its the docker issue, i did an update for Radarr docker as well, and that also disappeared, wtf. I dont know what to do now I also did a server restart too, no change. Also to clarify, these dockers arnt running, the urls i use to access Radarr and SABnzbd are not responding. Unraid 6.4.1.
February 13, 20188 yr Author Also note, my other dockers are running just fine, its only when i update them that they disappear. Im using a plugin to update dockers (Advanced Buttons, just adds extra buttons), and i saw a glance of "No such file or directory" error at the end of the update, here is some of my logs from the last 30 mins or so. I think its that "The command failed" line, what is that all about? February 13, 20188 yr I actually noticed this issue a few minutes ago. It is the Advanced Buttons plugin that was to blame, maybe it was broken in the last 6.4.1 I removed it - that posted errors, but seemed to work: Feb 13 14:48:35 unraid nginx: 2018/02/13 14:48:35 [error] 5375#5375: *2248 FastCGI sent in stderr: "Unable to open primary script: /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/advanced.buttons/AdvancedButtons.php (No such file or directory)" while reading response header from upstream, client: 192.168.1.63, server: , request: "POST /plugins/advanced.buttons/AdvancedButtons.php HTTP/2.0", upstream: "fastcgi://unix:/var/run/php5-fpm.sock:", host: "42e98c2c4042ad8b79564935706d20daf536e1d9.unraid.net", referrer: "https://42e98c2c4042ad8b79564935706d20daf536e1d9.unraid.net/Plugins" I can now update dockers properly If you switch to the advanced view you can see the orphaned images of your old dockers so you know what you're missing, but unless you have backups you might have to try and remember your old path / port mappings. Ah i see, that sucks. Yeah i just removed Advanced Buttons. I just saw the thread discussing this and made a quick post asking if there is any solution: So, essentially i have to start from scratch with the dockers that i lost? If anyone has any ideas of getting them up and running again, let me know.
February 13, 20188 yr It hasn't removed the appdata files - the actual guts of the docker. You just have to recreate them, and map them back to the same folders (automatic if you didn't change anything), and remember the port mappings if these have significance for you.

Sweet, i was actually doing just that right after i posted. When i goto add and select the template, it gets populated with all the existing data. So yup, that solved the problem... i think. All is working for now. i think... Thanks heaps for the advice
February 24, 20188 yr Thanks for this, but do you have any idea how to find what these two orphaned images are? I can't seem to remember them all, and I can't seem to find out with the ID's...

You can't really tell what they were once they are orphaned; however if you go to the Apps tab, click on the green stacked bars and select Previous Apps it will show you the Dockers and Plugins which are no longer installed. You can select them from the list and they will be reinstalled with all the settings/configuration they had at the time they were uninstalled/orphaned. Edited February 25, 20188 yr by Hoopster
