stuck at "array starting" after upgrade to 6.4

Featured Replies

I did an upgrade to 6.4 a couple weeks ago and it has been stuck at "array starting" ever since. I didn't see anything in the release notes about having to do anything before upgrading so I just pushed the upgrade button like I have always done. The drives are still accessible and Plex Media Server is working. How do I fix this?

go to Settings -> VM Manager, switch to Advanced View, and make sure all of the paths are valid. More details here:

I'm not running any VMs. I can't stop the arrays because it says they aren't running. I can't do anything with plugins or dockers or VMs because it says arrays need to be started.

Do I need to re-install unRAID? If so how do I preserve my arrays?

I am surprised to hear you don't have VMs enabled.  Is the webgui functional? Go to Tools -> Diagnostics and download your diags, attach here.  If not, SSH in to the system and type "diagnostics", then copy the diags off your flash drive and upload here.

Sorry...  I managed to get it to reboot and seems ok now :$

Thanks

Interesting ¬¬  I highly recommend you go through the notes in the link above, because there are certain plugins that need to be removed or they will cause problems as well.  Also, go ahead and upgrade to 6.4.1
